- Mondays and Wednesdays: Tae Kwon Do (ages 7-13 only)
- Mon-Fri Mornings: Use Excercise Room Equipment (adults)
- Mondays: 7 pm: Health/Fitness Workout Group
- Tuesdays noon-2 pm; Wednesdays 6:00 pm: Medical Clinic (Appointment Required)
- Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: Community Meal Program (Families Welcome) 5:30 pm
- OPEN GYM (age 16 up) 7 pm Thursdays!
- Every Thursday: 2:30-3:30 Adult Exercise Class (Free)
- Fridays: Youth Art Workshop
