The members of the CAB, the "Community Advisory Board" successfully hosted a really fun "Sock Hop" featuring all generations of music and dance. It was open only to adults, and to teens invited by adults. A group of our Teen Scene members came and joined in several dances. They had ALMOST as much energy as the older folks! Some people came dressed in the style of their favorite era- 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s. Since the CAB is also responsible for implementing our "Journey of Hope" health project, they made sure there were ample healthy treats available for the night!

- Mondays: 7 pm: Health/Fitness Workout Group
- Tuesdays noon-2 pm; Wednesdays 6:00 pm: Medical Clinic (Appointment Required)
- Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: Community Meal Program (Families Welcome) 5:30 pm
- OPEN GYM (age 16 up) 7 pm Thursdays!
- Every Thursday: 2:30-3:30 Adult Exercise Class (Free)
- Fridays: Youth Art Workshop
